BigData bilan shug`ullanadigan jahonning yetakchi olimlarining tadqiqotlarigaga ko'ra, katta hajmli ma'lumotlarning ta'limga olib kelgan eng muhim o'zgarishi - bu ta'lim tizimlarini monitoringi hisoblanadi.

Шаклларнинг фрактал характерини ўлчаш учун фрактал хусусиятларини аниқ кўрсатадиган ўлчов маълумотларини таҳлил қилувчи беш хил усул: кублар, қоплама, локал-дисперсия, призма ҳамда Ричардсон эффекти усуллари тавсифланган. Ушбу бешта усулнинг ҳар бири бўйича фрактал ўлчовни аниқлашнинг бир-биридан фарқ қилувчи алгоритмлари тақдим этилиб, ўзаро таққослаш орқали амалий қўллашга тавсиялар берилган. Шунингдек, мақолада фракталларнинг энг муҳим хусусиятларини ва уларнинг географик ҳодисалар билан алоқалари қисқача баѐн қилинган. Масштабланган харита ѐрдамида Ўзбекистон Республикасининг чегараси узунлиги ва унинг фрактал ўлчовини аниқлаш учун Л.Ф.Ричардсон эффекти усули қўлланилиб стандарт формула ѐрдамида мавжуд параметрик қийматлар бериш орқали картографик чизиқларнинг чизиқли функцияси ҳамда фрактал ўлчов нинг миқдорий қиймати олинган.

Илмий тадқиқотлар сухандонни идентификациялашда иш фаолиятини яхшилаш имкониятларини аниқлашга қаратилган. Ушбу мақолада чекланган лугат тўпламидан ўзбек тилида жумлаларни талаффуз қилувчи сухандонни юқори аниқлик билан аниқлашнинг такомиллаштирилган усулини тақдим этилган. Унга кўра хусусият векторини ҳисоблаш учун MFCC / DMFCC / DDMFCC ва қарор қабул қилиш учун Гаусс аралашмаси модели (GMM) дан фойдаланилган. Cўнгги MFCC иловалари динамик идентификатсиясини яхшилайдиган Делта MFCC (DMFCC) ва Делта-Делта MFCC (DDMFCC) аниқланган. Экспериментал натижаларга кўра, анъанавий MFCC томонидан сухандонни идентификатсияси GMM таснифи алгоритми билан биргаликда (94,5%) иккинчи (DMFCC + GMM -96,8%) ва учинчи (DDMFCC + GMM - 98,1%) хусусиятни ажратиб олиш усулларидан паст. DDMFCCни GMM билан биргаликда ишлатишда кузатилган самарадорлик 98,1% ни ташкил қилади.

Muammoni hal qilish natijalari, ya'ni ma'lumotlarni yig'ish va aqlli uy tizimlarida ishlatiladigan qurilmalar - aqlli soketlarning trafik tahlillari keltirilgan. "Aqlli" rozetka - bu odatda qulaylik va xavfsizlik uchun korpus bilan himoyalangan, modul (Wi-Fi, ZigBee va boshqalar) bilan birlashtirilgan tanish qurilma. Жумладан Кох эгри чизиғи, Гивен (шляпа) эгри чизиғи, Контор тўплами, тўрт қиррали юлдузсимон фрактал, квадратнинг бўялган ҳолати учун, квадрат контори учун, Серпин гиламларининг (бўялган ҳолати учун) фрактал ўлчовлари ҳисоблаб чиқилган. In this article, a mathematical model of the parabolic type has been developed, which makes it possible to investigate and predict complex processes occurring in interconnected inhomogeneous porous media of oil fields with sluggish conductive layers between each of the three layers. Numerical methods for solving a parabolic differential equation based on these boundary conditions have been developed in the disclosure and non-disclosure forms of the finite subtraction method. Effective calculation algorithms based on a number of developed methods are presented. Based on a numerical algorithm, a program has been created to solve the problem of oil filtration in porous media with dynamic interaction with three layers of weakly permeable formations. Based on the created program, computational experiments were conducted to determine the stagnation of the computational process. In an experiment based on changes in the time step, it is argued that the revealing form of the finite subtraction method is not constant stationary. Computational experiments were carried out and investigated in order to study the effect of pressure changes in the upper and lower layers during the extraction of oil from the second layer of a porous medium in a three-layer oil filtration system connected in dynamic interaction with weakly permeable layers. Based on a mathematical model and a computational algorithm, software is advanced to calculate the main indicators of seeding of an oil field in a dynamically coupled three-layer system using MATLAB software.

В данной работе мы рассматривали моделирование безотражательного прохождения “bright” солитонного решения нелинейного уравнения Клейн Гордона на метрическом звездообразном графе с тремя полубесконечными ребрами. В точке разветвления поставили два типа вершинных граничных условий: весовую непрерывность и условие для производных волновых функций в виде обобщенного правила Кирхгофа. Мы решали это уравнение, удовлетворяющее вершинным граничным условиям, из которых выводятся законы сохранения энергии и импульса. Также показывали безотражательное распространение “bright” солитонного решения с помощью нескольких разностных схем. Итак, мы показывали, что “bright” солитонное решение удовлетворяет вершинным граничным условиям, но оно неустойчиво.

В данной статье представлен обзор современных аппаратно-программных средств, используемых для мониторирования опорно-двигательного аппарата человека и анализа параметров движения. Целью данного исследования является анализ существующих программно-аппаратных средств для мониторинга формы двигательного аппарата и определение их возможностей и ограничений. Основное внимание уделено технологиям захвата движений, таким как системы анализа движений, электромиография, динамометрия. Рассмотрены особенности работы таких ведущих систем, как Vicon Motion Capture Systems, OptiTrack Motion Capture Systems, Qualisys Motion Capture Systems и Motion Analysis Corporation Systems, а также их преимущества и ограничения. Данное исследование позволяет обозначить ключевые технологии и инструменты, способствующие более точному и всестороннему анализу движений человека в спортивной биомеханике, что в конечном итоге может привести к улучшению результатов в спорте, реабилитации и медицинской практике.

USING B-SPLINE FUNCTION IN IMAGE PROCESSING

The utilization of B-spline functions in image processing has emerged as a prominent technique for enhancing image quality, extracting features, and enabling sophisticated manipulation. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the application of B-spline functions in various aspects of image processing. B-spline functions, known for their ability to represent complex curves and surfaces, offer unique advantages in image interpolation, noise reduction, edge detection, and image registration. This paper shows the research results to increase the size of image without losing image resolution. B-spline approximation based on a two-dimensional quadratic interpolation is used to approximate the image color value after enlargement processes. Smoothing iterations are also performed twice to obtain better results. A quadratic function is used as transformation. The results show that this method can smooth images when the resolution is increased. We also explain how the B-spline interpolation of signals and of images can be efficiently performed by linear filtering. This paper contains all the information, theoretical and practical, required to perform efficiently B-spline interpolation for any order and any boundary extension. We describe precisely how to evaluate the kernel and to compute the B-spline interpolator parameters. We show experimentally that increasing the order improves the interpolation quality. In conclusion, this paper provides a comprehensive overview of the role of B-spline functions in image processing, highlighting their versatility and effectiveness in addressing various challenges encountered in digital image analysis and manipulation. By leveraging the inherent properties of B-spline functions, significant advancements can be made in the field of image processing, leading to enhanced image quality, feature extraction, and image registration accuracy.

When crops and trees suffer from various diseases, it is observed that it affects the grain and agricultural products of the whole country. Farmers observe with the naked eye without any definite conclusions to detect disease in plants. This method proves to be time-consuming, expensive, and sometimes even inaccurate. Artificial detection using image processing methods provides quick and accurate results. Advances in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning are expanding and improving precision crop protection practices to expand the market for deep learning software in professional agriculture. The in-depth training method of this thesis makes it easy to put the system into practice. The various steps required to implement this plant disease detection model are discussed throughout the report, from the compilation of images to create an integrated database, to the implementation of in-depth CNN training, guaranteed by agricultural experts provided online. deep learning system is used. This is a novel approach to plant disease detection using a deep convolutional neural network trained and fine-tuned to accurately match datasets of affected plant leaves collected for various plant diseases. The uniqueness of the developed model is in its operation; healthy leaves correspond to other classes, allowing the model to distinguish diseased leaves from healthy leaves or from background noise using a deep CNN. One of the important tasks is to develop a neural network system that recognizes certain types of plants infected with bacterial and infectious diseases in the agricultural system, in particular (maize) by identifying their initial symptoms. For this purpose, in this paper, we create a compilation of datasets containing leaf images on various plant images, apply and implement a CNN machine learning model from the dataset collected using TensorFlow. , the tasks of creating a classifier capable of predicting plant disease in different labels, as well as improving its prediction accuracy compared to previous models and approaches, were considered. The software complex of this system is developed and its modules are presented.

Within the framework of the quasi-one-dimensional approach, a mathematical model and methods for hydraulic and thermal calculation of a single-pipe hot-water heating system with a limited number of multi-section heat exchangers have been developed. The operation of a multi-section heat exchanger has been modeled based on the hypothesis that the working fluid flows along the heat exchanger circuit, forming a two-circuit network with a main line. Formulas for nodal pressures and temperatures and arc flow rates of the heat exchanger based on the Bernoulli and Shukhov formulas have been obtained. The results of calculating a network with five heat exchangers are presented and analyzed.

In our society, where digital technologies are developing, automatization (computerization) the field of linguistics and automatic translation between languages of the same category have become one of the important tasks. Nowadays, through the study of artificial intelligence they are also entering the fields of linguistics. Languages are the main means of communication, and people have to communicate in different languages and face some difficulties in exchanging information. Therefore, such negative barriers can be overcome with the help of electronic translators, for which languages that belong to the same family or are similar in terms of the structure of their sentences, that is, agglutinative languages translation based on the linguistic model is the main solution. The quality and accuracy of electronic translation based on linguistic models depends on how deeply natural language is studied and analyzed. In this article, a linguo-mathematical model of complex words has been developed in Kyrgyz, one of the natural languages involved in electronic translation, and an effective algorithm for dividing complex words into morphemes is presented based on this model. In addition, a summary of the relationship between Turkic languages and the origin of the Kyrgyz language is presented. Through the grammatical structure of a complex word in the Kyrgyz language, a schematic overview of the translation in the Uzbek and Karakalpak languages is presented, in which the peculiarity of the translation in the Kyrgyz language is revealed, and a corresponding definition is given. In the Kyrgyz language, a scheme of the formation of words that can appear as an example of one word has been developed. Several examples of the structure of the formation of complex words in the Kyrgyz language are presented, and the linguistic-mathematical models of these examples are also presented. It was mentioned that the lingvo-mathematical model presented above will be used later to improve electronic translation in languages belonging to the Turkic language family, and as a result, we will have a high-quality, accurate translation.

It is emphasized that such classification must be systematic, comprehensive, precise, and consistent with the terminology adopted in the industry and security field. The approach presented in the article helps in the timely identification of new threats and the development of effective countermeasures. The classification of cybersecurity threats plays a significant role in developing effective strategies to combat existing and emerging threats. Thus, the article deeply analyzes the importance of classification and systematic approaches in cybersecurity and highlights their importance in combating new threats. Furthermore, this approach facilitates the effective organization of data exchange between business and scientific communities. This allows the authors to demonstrate the potential for a deeper analysis of issues in the field of big data and propose new solutions for addressing them. The article concludes by emphasizing the importance of systematically classifying cybersecurity threats and protecting against them. Although there are classifications focused on attack methods and targets, they do not take into account the characteristics of information systems. Therefore, a systematic approach to cybersecurity is essential.

The K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm is a straightforward yet powerful classification method that has become integral in various artificial intelligence applications, including medical image analysis tasks such as object detection and image segmentation. Despite its simplicity, the performance of the KNN algorithm can be significantly influenced by its parameter settings. In particular, two crucial parameters— the number of neighbors (K) and the choice of distance metric— play a pivotal role in determining the accuracy of the classification outcomes. This study focuses on evaluating the impact of different values for the number of neighbors (K) and various distance metrics on the KNN algorithm’s classification accuracy. Specifically, the number of neighbors was varied from 1 to 10 to examine its effect on performance. Additionally, five distinct distance metrics were analyzed: Manhattan, Euclidean, Minkowski, Chebyshev, and Cosine distances. Each of these metrics offers a different approach to measuring the distance between data points, which can influence the classification results. The investigation revealed that the average classification accuracy across all tested configurations was approximately 65%. Among the various combinations of parameters, the highest accuracy of 68.77% was achieved with the Manhattan distance metric and 3 nearest neighbors. This configuration outperformed others, highlighting the effectiveness of combining these specific settings. In contrast, the lowest classification accuracy recorded was 59.68%, observed when using the Chebyshev distance metric with 2 nearest neighbors. These results underscore the importance of carefully selecting and tuning both the number of neighbors and the distance metric to enhance the KNN algorithm’s performance. By optimizing these parameters, the KNN algorithm can achieve better classification results, which is crucial for improving the reliability of AI-driven medical image analysis. This study provides valuable insights into parameter selection for practitioners aiming to refine the accuracy of KNN-based classification systems.

In the monitoring technologies, the state of the environment, monitoring of critically important and potentially dangerous objects and evaluation of the characteristics of the risk of a motor vehicle accident, as well as the use of expert-analytical technologies and current technologies of mathematical modeling were considered. Based on modeling, when predicting the probability of the occurrence of motor vehicle accidents in man-made emergency situations, exemplary scenarios of the occurrence of these situations are created in relation to technological processes. For the considered sample scenarios of the occurrence of motor vehicle accidents in man-made emergency situations, the occurrence of motor vehicle accidents can be identified with the probability of the immediate occurrence of an emergency situation caused by a dangerous impact with communication. Calculation links for the probabilities of these events are determined by the conditions of a particular production. The article presents a numerical solution to a nonlinear equation of parabolic type that describes the process of groundwater filtration; the mathematical model is transformed into a dimensionless boundary value problem and solved using an implicit scheme. Nonlinear terms of the equation were solved by the finite difference method using the quasi-linearization method, which made it possible to obtain high-precision results. Based on the mathematical model developed in the article, a numerical algorithm was developed and experimental results for calculating the annual change indicators were obtained using the MatLab software package. The results of the study showed that groundwater levels depend significantly on seasonal changes. For example, if the groundwater level is high in spring and winter, a significant decrease is observed in summer. This situation confirms the need to take into account the influence of external factors (precipitation, evaporation) and climate change. This article contains current scientific news regarding the introduction of new approaches to mathematical modeling of groundwater and practical calculations. Its methods can be used as a universal solution not only in Uzbekistan, but also for other regions. In addition, the method presented in the article, taking into account modern requirements in the field of mathematical modeling and numerical methods, is widely used in solving various geological and hydrological problems, and also serves to develop scientifically based approaches to effective water resources management. These approaches are important for practical application in the fields of agriculture, ecology and water supply. In addition, this expands the possibilities of forecasting water resources in the context of climate change. The results of the article allow for an in-depth analysis of the impact of external factors and seasonal changes on groundwater. This article is about finding an effective solution for determining the composition of groundwater. The spectral-impedance method proposed in the article allows creating devices for measuring all the main indicators of water quality. The proposed method, compared to currently used methods, increases the reliability of assessing the composition of groundwater based on measuring the spectral impedance of a hydrogen indicator and the ions contained in it simultaneously. Our proposed method has led to a higher accuracy of groundwater distance determination compared to currently used methods, as other methods measure directly at the water surface and do not take into account the gas temperature in the interval. In our proposed method, we also take into account the intermediate gas temperature, which increases the reliability. By using this dual measurement and taking into account the gas temperature, we eliminate the random measurement and increase the accuracy. As a result of the implementation of the above goals and objectives, the development of software for the transmission of data from the well to the control center through mobile communication systems and satellite channels, as well as the development of software for receiving and transmitting information and data processing visualization allows you to get results for use.

The article describes the structure of the dataset, the methodology of the experiments, and provides the results of the comparative analysis and their graphical interpretation. Particular attention is paid to the advantages and disadvantages of each method, as well as their applicability to medical diagnostics. Ensemble, linear and nonlinear classification methods, their efficiency and features are considered. This research paper investigates the application of transformer-based custom tuning models for punctuation recovery in Uzbek language texts. Using the BERT and XML-RoBERTa architectures, experiments were conducted to accurately predict punctuation marks, including commas, periods, exclamation points, and question marks. The work includes the creation of a specialized database on the important aspects of Uzbek punctuation, which will help to conduct targeted research in this direction. He demonstrated the potential of transformer models in solving punctuation recovery tasks for low-resource languages such as Uzbek, and showed promising results in experiments. The article focuses on creating native tokenizers that work only for the Uzbek language. In addition, ways to improve the accuracy of the model in case of class label imbalance are discussed for restoring Uzbek punctuation and for further research. As a result of the research, the average value of the F1 score for determining whether the 4 punctuation marks in the Uzbek language and the word after the punctuation marks is uppercase or lowercase was 87.9%.

The technical devices used for diagnosing cholesteatoma are essential in providing early, accurate, and efficient detection of the disease. These tools play a vital role in acquiring high-resolution images and ensuring rapid diagnosis. For example, computed tomography is widely utilized to detect bone erosion and structural changes in the affected area, while magnetic resonance imaging is employed to visualize soft tissues, offering a more comprehensive view of the disease’s impact on different tissues. Both of these imaging techniques are crucial for generating detailed images that assist in diagnosing cholesteatoma at an early stage. In addition to computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, other diagnostic tools such as otoendoscopy and ultrasound elastography are commonly used to provide a more complete assessment of the disease. Otoendoscopy allows real-time visualization of the ear’s internal structures, offering physicians a direct view of the affected areas. This helps in determining the extent of cholesteatoma and identifying any associated abnormalities. Additionally, advancements in automated image processing technologies, particularly the use of artificial intelligence, have further improved the speed and accuracy of diagnosing cholesteatoma. By integrating AI with imaging technologies, healthcare providers can quickly analyze the data and make faster diagnoses, leading to improved patient outcomes. This paper uses Microsoft SDLC, STRIDE, Common Attack Pattern Enumeration and Classification (CAPEC), and Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE) methodologies to address cybersecurity threats that arise during the development and use of information systems. However, different formalizations of cybersecurity threats require different approaches to their detection and elimination. Therefore, this paper proposes an approach to identifying cybersecurity threats by modeling them. The STRIDE methodology is used to describe security threats to distributed information systems, and an approach to modeling using sets of components and communication channels for their formalization is described. Predicates, properties, and conditions for components and communication channels involved in the development of an information system are defined, and instructions for performing the inserted specific tasks are formulated. Substitution, forgery, denial, information disclosure, denial of service, and privilege escalation are threats based on the established conditions. Formal representations of actions for the types are given. The threat modeling proposed in the article based on the STRIDE methodology allows developers and designers of information systems to identify and eliminate cybersecurity threats at the early stages of system architecture development. The article describes compliance with the requirements of the access control policy and cybersecurity of information system components when receiving and transmitting messages in the system and taking into account delay intervals. It is also indicated that the guarantee of the legitimacy of the components by the system leads to ensuring the authorization goals. Cases of violation of intervals for performing actions when eliminating denial of service threats that are relevant at present are given. The study shows the ability of system architects to clearly understand the security requirements of the information system being developed. Also, the use of this approach will allow identifying the interaction between cybersecurity requirements, threats and measures to reduce potential risks.

The results obtained from the use of artificial intelligence capabilities in practice, including the activities of employees engaged in combating crimes in the field of information technology, are analyzed. By analyzing traffic patterns, device settings, user activity, and log files, these systems can detect threats in real time or even anticipate them before they occur. The implementation of artificial intelligence-based security systems ensures smooth operation, helping to quickly collect digital evidence.
